UFC middleweight Paulo Costa has jokingly appealed to Dana White to stop Jake Paul from knocking him out, after previously trading insults with the YouTuber turned boxer on social media.

'The Problem Child' saw the biggest win of his career till date when he beat Anderson Silva on October 29, taking his professional boxing record to 6-0.

Costa and Paul's feud dates back to the Brazilian's win over Luke Rockhold at UFC 278 in August, following which the Cleveland native tweeted out that he was not impressed by either fighter and even called them "embarrassing."

This led to Costa responding to Paul in his post-fight interview, where he welcomed the idea of a boxing match against the American. In a video posted soon after, 'Borrachinha' further addressed this, stating that 'The Problem Child' does not have what it takes to beat him and that he will "seriously damage him" if they fight each other in a boxing ring.

Since then, however, both have turned their focus away from each other. While Costa is preparing to fight Robert Whittaker at UFC 284 in Australia, his very public feud with Khamzat Chimaev has grabbed the attention of fans and possibly UFC matchmakers. While Chimaev remains uninterested, Costa has appealed for a score-settling match.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul has called out another UFC great, Nate Diaz. After the fracas involving the 25-year-old's team and Diaz before the Silva bout, Paul publicly challenged Diaz in his post-fight interview.

Jake Paul says he's setting up a fighters' union and claims Dana White hates him for "exposing his business"

Jake Paul continued his crusade for better fighter pay in the UFC after his win over Anderson Silva this past weekend.

It is no secret that Dana White and Paul have been at loggerheads publicly on account of what 'The Problem Child' believes to be White's refusal to pay higher wages to UFC fighters and provide them long-term healthcare. Addressing the UFC president in his post-fight interview, Paul said:

"You know, he’s trying to do everything he can to stop my run, to sabotage my fights. He hates me. He hates what I’m doing. He hates that I am exposing his business."

Jake Paul went on to detail his plans to set up an association to help fighters get better pay and long-term healthcare:

'We’re going to band together and create a United Fighters' Association to help UFC fighters… All MMA fighters and boxers. To get more fighter pay and long-term healthcare. That’s a big, big undertaking that I’ve been wanting to do for the whole entire time of my career. I want to make a fighters' union."
