Today a picture was released of Paul and WBO Cruiserweight champion Lawrence Okolie following a sparring session the two had, this would indicate that Paul is trying to up the level of his training and sparring as he continues his boxing career.

Okolie would be a great sparring partner for anyone as he is currently ranked as the number two active Cruiserweight in the world according to many boxing sites.

Cain Velasquez released from jail on bail

Yesterday there was fantastic news regarding former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez.

Velasquez was released from jail on bail following his arrest over 250 days ago for firing shots at a man who apparently assaulted his daughter.

Many MMA figures including, Dana White, Daniel Cormier, Luke Rockhold and Khabib Nurmagomedov campaigned for Velasquez to be released as he was simply protecting his family.
